[Cialug] Slightly OT- Windows Mobile grabbing random IPs..

It's slightly OT, but here goes... We have a set of 3 Windows Mobile PDAs (iPaqs - don't know which model) that will send a DHCP request, get a response, and then decide on an IP of their choosing randomly. The DHCP server runs on .9, the IP they commonly choose (another server) is on .2 and the PDAs are "statically assigned" via DHCP to .138, .139, and .221. The issue isn't just with the .221 PDA, but with all 3 - anyone else see this before? The DHCP server is just a Debian box and nothing special.
