[Cialug] Thunderbird / Lightning / Google Calendar Provider

This is pretty sweet... there was just a new release of the Thunderbird
calendar plugin - Lightning. There's also another plugin to allow you to
connect to Google Calendar.

I did a test, and Lightning seems to handle Outlook calendar appointment
emails just fine.

Makes a sweet alternative to Outlook calendars. :)
