[Cialug] register_globals and magic_quotes - again!

Nope. Doesn't work. At least didn't gave me internal Server Error
:-)
I created new .htaccess file (old one renamed), put in the code from the
site you mentioned and changed
php_value register_globals 1
to
php_value register_globals 0 (I want to turn it off)
and but still shows in phpinfo() for both values On.
