[Cialug] minor kubuntu knetworkmanager icon mystery

I got a new laptop and decided to put Kubuntu Feisty on it.
Never messed with knetworkmanager before this, but it seems nice. I
am, however, disappointed at the apparent lack of documentation. The
"get help online" menu item just takes you to launchpad, which then
sort of shrugs at you.
Does anybody know what it means when there is a little system icon on
a network entry on the right-click menu? It's the same image as used
for the System Menu and Storage Media icons. I'd supply a screenshot,
but the network that had the icon came and went very quickly and I
didn't get one in time.
If you have kubuntu, the icon was most likely
/usr/share/icons/default.kde/16x16/devices/system.png
