Well, feedback has been positive, so I'll get a domain and start setting
up hosting this weekend. Maybe we can make it work. I'm thinking
www.iowatechies.com
I've got an old server for the moment, but I've got a new one that I'm
getting ready to ship off to the datacenter in a couple weeks, so
bandwidth/disk space will be no problem. Why don't you send me the RSS
feeds for your blogs and I'll start getting things moving.
Like someone mentioned, if you have multiple rss feeds, send me the one
that is most techie related. For example, under mine general feed I've
got techie stuff and also politics and religion, which is off topic.
But, I've got a category called "technical" that has its own rss feed
which I'll use.
I'm not saying your feeds shouldn't have life stuff mixed in, I think
that's all good, but the signal to noise ratio of the feed should
definitely lean toward the techie side.
