If you want a phone you can hack try one of the Motorola razors. My first
generation v3 plays mp3s without any problems, even though the documentation
mentions nothing about mp3s or wavs. I'm running opera mini which is a big
improvement over the built web browser. It can even be reflashed once
unlocked.
