[Cialug] Qwest DSL NATed?

Ello --

I'm not sure about the Iowa market, but in Eastern Minnesota (Red  
Wing) MSN gave uses a public IP but it traversed through 2 NATs on the  
inside their network before actually going to the public internet.   
They were nice enough to use non routable networks to it is very  
obvious in a traceroute.
