[Cialug] Changing IRQs with ACPI

No slot changes. MiniATX board.. Here are the slots from the CPU out

Intel PRO/1000 (PCIe x1)
3ware 9650SE (PCIe x4)
Empty (PCI)
Sangoma A400 (PCI)

Can you move one of them to a different slot? If you're lucky, the mobo 
documentation may show you which pci slots have shared interrupts, and 
which are pci master. You probably want to have at least the RAID card 
in a pci master slot.
