Well, communities that thought they might launch a community wireless 
mesh network that didn't require technical expertise will now have to 
rethink the whole idea.  Together with the recent news that Nielsen 
Ratings is going to legitimize robots to search the Internet for 
copyrighted material (leading to eventually legitimizing policing of all 
traffic and raising the cost of access to the Internet), it doesn't bode 
well for the masses.
