[Cialug] Meeting schedule adjustments

Due to recent conversations both on and off list, it seems that there is
a general desire to talk about Email Best Practices, and Productivity.

Since we have two college/career nights scheduled in the coming
meetings, I have added these two topics as alternates should we not get
any college presentations.  If we do get presentations and folks still
want to talk about these topics, let me know and we'll vote on which
topics to drop off the schedule.
