[Cialug] Notifications: SPAM Blocked

We use a Barracuda here, and love it.  We do not spew anything out
either.  No NDRs, no blocked message alerts, nothing.

I think the barracuda defaults to not sending out notifications like 
that. I know ours is set to not do it. They are pretty handy boxes
though..
