Josh,
  I successfully voted without logging in.. There seems to be something wrong however, as Debian only has received two votes.
Voted from my work desktop running Fedora Core 7 (we've got our own repository so it may not be fully patched up) and Mozilla 2.0.0.5

minute of navigating to the site.

So... maybe the message should say "you must be logged in to vote".
