[Cialug] wine+powerchute personal edition

I'm trying to install apcs software(for xp) in wine on mandriva 2007 and 
I keep getting the following error

IKernel.exe could not be copied to 'c:\Program Files\Common 
Files\InstallShield\Engine\6\Intel32'
Make sure that you have the appropriate privileges to copy files to this 
folder. (0x20)

I did some checking and the stupid thing does copy the file 
'IKernel.exe' to the folder and thats where it dies.
I also got the same errors when in root as well.
