[Cialug] php $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'] and https requests

Yeah, I just checked the output from a page w/ phpinfo in it and it  
has an https referrer - this is using Safari on the mac for the  
client, just checked Firefox on my mac as well and it's doing fine as  
well, so there must be something else going on.
