If your dreams come with 5-10 seconds of latency and frequent outages,
then yeah. :-)

I'm on HughesNet at a client site right now, and it s u u u u u c k s.
 You don't notice the lag as much when just loading static pages, but
anything interactive like ajax or ssh is like pulling teeth (at about
0.1 millimeters per second).
