	Rather than that why not set up a local DNS on another machine and have
the MX record for drake.edu point at the new server, that way you could
test ANY address.  Or just add an entry in your alias file like:
daniel.ramaley: daniel.ramaley at new_server_address.  Or just telnet to
the proper port on the new email server and sent it manually.  Or set
the new machine as the smtp server in your email client and sent out
test messages.  Lots of ways to test email servers.
