William Hayes, Director of engineering and Technology IPTV will host a

discussion and demonstration of HDTV for the ARCS Club. Mr. Hayes'

discussion will focus on HDTV transmission, format and reception of HDTV.

Mr. Hayes is also a contributing sponsor of the Iowa DTV Symposium

www.iptv.org/dtv/2006. This meeting will help dispel the facts from myth

about HDTV and help us be more knowledgeable in the area whether scientific

or as consumers.

 

 

ARCS holds monthly meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at 7pm. All

ham's and non-hams regardless of membership status are welcome to 
attend. The meetings

are held in the Fort Des Moines United Methodist Church at the corner of SW

9th Street and Leland Ave.
