[Cialug] MS class action

nope, this was the MS case, and it was the state/county

I don't find out until Thursday if I made the 2nd round.  If I didn't 
(and even if I did), check back here for details on the linux promotion 
event to be held on Gates/Balmer's testimony day.  I'll bring the 
penguin suit :)
