Job Title: Part-time Helpdesk Analyst

Job Description: Coach House Gifts is looking for part-time Helpdesk
Analysts. Positions are available at our corporate office located in
Ames. Our Helpdesk Analysts offer technical support to our office and
retail stores throughout the country. Duties include the analysis and
resolution of support calls, as well as direct interaction with hardware
and software. Hours will primarily consist of night and weekend support
in office and on pager. Day hours are available and can facilitate class
schedules.
Job Skills / Requirements: Ideal candidate would have interest in
computers and support, basic knowledge of hardware, software, and
experience with various operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux).
Previous helpdesk experience is a definite plus. Please
