[Cialug] CIALUG Meeting: Parking situation

I just found out there is a Whoopi Goldberg event at the Civic Center
this evening, starting at 7:30.  That means parking near Capital
Square will be difficult, and the garage at 4th and Grand will be
charging $3 to park.

I recommend parking further out and walking to Capital Square.  If we
end up at Hessen Haus (as we usually do), then it might be a good idea
to park near there.
