[Cialug] OT: forum harassment

Only angle I have is all his accounts are created under Yahoo.  I guess 
for now I'll simply silently fail the account creation process if it is 
a yahoo.com account.  Since there could be legit users, I'll also email 
myself such attempts so that I can contact that person if need be.
