[Cialug] PostgreSQL on SUSE 10.1

I found the last piece of the puzzle - /etc/sysconfig/postgresql has a line
for POSTGRES_OPTIONS="". That needs to be changed to POSTGRES_OPTIONS="-i"
and now it is accepting remote connections.
Thank you for your help!

Okay, first run of chkconfig --list shows postgresql off in all 6 columns.
After running chkconfig postgresql on it show on in the 3rd and 5th column,
which is what I think it should be. Now, I'll reboot and see what happens.
Okay, it still shows on in the 3rd and 5th column but it's not accepting
remote connections. There's an -i switch when I start it from the command
line that must not get set with chkconfig. Any further advice?
I suppose I need to look at the conf file and see if it says anything about
remote connections there. I have the IP range of my home network where it
should be, but I don't think that automatically makes it accept remote
connections.
