[Cialug] Meeting reminder: July 19th, 7 PM at Alliance Technologies

The basic rule for getting anywhere downtown right now is: You can't get 
there from here.

 From our office in the East Village to get to I-235 West bound, we have 
to go all the way to 7th street now. You can get on a ramp at Penn, but 
it takes you back off at 2nd, then up to the 7th on ramp. So that's 
about a mile & 1/2 of on ramp.
