[Cialug]apt-get errors

when using apt-get one I started getting the following errors

download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

It doesn't matter what source(http or ftp) I use, the result is the same.
I found a similar problem on http://lists.debian.org but that hasn't 
helped either.
