[Cialug] inexpensive file/print/terminal server

Check for bulging or leaking capacitors.  I have a boat load of 
motherboards which died just outside their warranty due to the crap 
capacitors being used by Gigabyte, BioStar, MSI.
Once they start bulging, it is just a matter of time before the 
motherboard will crap out.
