No, postfix as the "content_filter" option that will send it off to
amavis.  What you will want to reconfigure is add another smtp section
to master.cf that is a high-port, usually like 10025, so when amavis
sends the message back it doesn't get stuck in a scanning loop.  But
then if you ever want to disable amavis it is just comment out the one
line and restart.
