[Cialug] autoresponder on IMAP

Sorry, Courier.  I should've mentioned that.
I know there is a Sieve extension that does
this but I believe Sieve only works with Cyrus.

I'm looking at possibly doing this with maildrop filters.
However I'll still need a mechanism for end users to
maintain this themselves.
