[Cialug] opportunity iowa

www.opportunityiowa.com (me thinks?)

from what i understand it would be a movement for Fiber to the home
(FTTH). dunno bout you guys, but I'm all about that. theres some towns
that are doing that in Iowa already, hell some rural areas have it(i.e.
farms).

just seems to make sense to me. why not use it now when its an inevitable
step in the evolution of global communication?? costs less to maintain and
gives more options to its use.
