Ok, could we get a URL to a sanitized version that we could look at?
Is it a MySQL dump, an Apache dump, a Kernel dump?

Doug, you might want to view the dump and see if it shows a process
that caused it? Maybe something that says something like:

error number ### in file -----.---

You could then check that file to see what's happening.
