They've been out of bankrupcy for about a year, and just purchased 
Connectiva Linux (was big in Brazil) - mostly just a stock swap. I 
haven't heard any rumors of their demise.

I'd be interested in hearing anything "real" on this, because all 
indications I see is that they're going strong.
