[Cialug] Slightly OT: Stupid computer problems

With the case off, a lot of systems are less efficient at cooling, since
the air doesn't stream thru where it's supposed to.
Can you double check that the CPU heatsink is on correctly, and the fan
is working? I've seen systems where the heatsink - especially with those
stupid springy clips - will be off center and not making good contact
with the cpu core.
