[Cialug] debian sarge

The service command is just a script, it could easily be used on a 
Debian system.

Really all it does is saves you a small amount of typing.

service httpd restart

... is similar to typing:

/etc/init.d/httpd restart

... I did the latter for a long time before I discovered the service 
script (or before the service script existed).
