What package is it failing on? About a week ago they had an issue with 
the cpio package with a bad dependency on rmt and tar, which has been fixed.

If you do an "urpmi.update -a", then try to update with "urpmi --update 
--auto-select" it may fix it.

If that doesn't fix it, you should verify that your urpmi mirror is 
being updated. I usually do this by plugging the url into a browser (you 
can find the url by peeking at /etc/urpmi/urpmi.cfg), then compare the 
latest dates to the security announcement dates.
