That's a fraudulant e-mail. ALTHOUGH... PayPal did recently suspend my
account due to "fraudulant" usage. What was fraudulant was me paying a
friend $300 for his services as a DJ at my wedding when I usually make and
receive payments for eBay auctions... The best way to check is to type in
paypal.com into your browser and see if you get any alerts that way.
