[Cialug] Mediacom speed bump

I have not heard about this 10:1 service level. It's possible that it's part
of the Residential Gamer's Extreme package, but since I don't work on those
things (I'm a UNIX administrator only) I really don't pay much attention to
the new service offerings. I just know when someone gives me a new service
level to configure in the system. It does look like we have a service level
defined for those speeds, but I don't know when Mediacom will make it
available.
