[Cialug] Iowa Municipal Telecom Legisation

 Monoply of services is never good in the end for the consumer.
They end up with no choice, kind of like Electric and Water services
and costs can be increased when there is no longer any competition.
 Frankly, city or government controlled services usually leave alot
to be desired but IMO so do most cable Internet services.
