[Cialug] nagios cgi

Let me know if you want a Nagios demo as I have been running it for the 
past 3-4 years.  Of course, I don't have all of the bells and whistles 
setup but it would provide motivation for me to finally setup graphical 
maps, host hierarchy and MRTG/rrdtool integration.
