Yeah. I think it would be more accurate to compare hard-drives to wives.
If you got a good one, you got a good one, but as they get older you
never know if they will go bad or not, some do, but most don't.  If you
get a bad one, hope that she dies right away -there's nothing worse than
an intermittently bad wife or one with problems that cannot be
diagnosed. If you determine that you have a wife with issues that cannot
be resolved,  don't be concerned with monetary or warranty issues, just
erase her and then toss her in the dumpster.

When getting a new wife, never ever, get the newest chesty blonde
technology, no matter how good the warranty. Stick with the proven,
mature technology, as it will serve you better in the long run.
