Several of the big RHEL users on campus are all agog about
typo3.  I get the sense that it's sort of the sendmail of CMS's:
The good news is it is highly configurable.  The bad news is
that it is highly configurable.  

I think a lot of the Engineering College sites are backed by
typo3 by now.
