Could you script something in .profile? Maybe place a dummy file in the user's
home directory, then upon logon the .profile checks the dummy file date, if
it's less than 30 days old, touch the file, if it's 30 days or more old splash
a message to the user and deny access.
You're probably anxious to meet the security requirements so you can move on to
business continuity planning for S-OX...right?
