Depends on what I'm doing. I've used thttpd
(http://acme.com/software/thttpd) for a number of procjects, but it's
certainly not for everything. The Caucho Resin server has some nifty
features, some commercial software still requries the Netscape/Sun
server, had some "fun" adventures with the Sun Java Web Server in a
production environment, worked a few places where they ran Tomcat
standalone... I still tend to go with Apache 1.3 for most sites.
