You can easily 'spoof' (or set to whatever you want) caller ID within
the system. Outgoing caller ID to the PSTN depends on the phone/VoIP
provider. No matter what, if you abuse it, you'll be caught. Also,
caller ID can always be set and overridden on the Asterisk box.
