Hrm...
I know once you have an mpeg/mpg format, you can just use a program called
vcdimager...a simple command line app that makes a .bin and .toc file which
you can plug into gcdmaster. Don't know what burning app you use, I hate hate
hate cdrecord.
This probably doesn't help at all!
