And take up a lot less space, consume less power, dissipate less heat, and
make less noise than a full-size system repurposed for firewall work, and
can often take the place of a hub or a switch, saving even a bit more
space/power/heat.
I've been trying to get people who "need" to run certain machines in a
security-suboptimal state (ie, can't upgrade the OS because a crucial app
will break) to use these things, but am not having great luck with it just
yet.
