<br></div><div>The only caution I thought of while watching that was he used a special tool to pry up the battery. If you do that, please be careful not to puncture the battery. In the electronics repair world the term for what happens is called "vent with flames." See figure 1. at <a href="http://www.batteryuniversity.com/partone-5B.htm">http://www.batteryuniversity.com/partone-5B.htm</a> This is easy to avoid by using a tool that is neither sharp or pointy since the battery has a thin protective casing.</div>

Also, their are firms across the country that will fix your iPod for about $100 if you break the screen. I can't imagine that this would be much different.<br clear="all">
