First of all, you have two (at least) distinct issues: 1) your e-mail
script stopped working and 2) you are not happy with 10.5. First I will
address 1, because your "error" is, in fact, exactly what I would
expect should happen. To use your local mail server, you need a local
mail server.<br>

Edit /etc/postfix/aliases:<br>
At line 13, add "root: incidentally" (or whatever your short user name is.<br>
<br>
Edit /etc/postfix/<a href="http://main.cf">main.cf</a>:<br>
At line 70, add "myhostname=aspen.local"<br>
At line 77, add "mydomain=aspen.local"<br>
