I've been doing this since spring and sending .mov files created from Keynote files. I've seen the display signs and they are fine. I checked into it and for some reason it was not playing. I checked with the sign company and they said the .mov files lose </span></font></font><font><font class="Apple-style-span" color="#FF0512"><font class="Apple-style-span" size="6"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 24px;">Although Prismview can play .mov files, there is a significant amount of data loss after a thousand plays or so. I would recommend that they use a .wmv or a .avi file. Those files hold up much better. This could be why we are losing these signs in the rotation. Could you resend over the Aniversary sign in a wmv or avi format.</span></font></font></font></span></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" color="#1F497D" face="Arial"><br></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="Arial">What are my options using my iMac?
