The only way that I know to reset a trackpad is to put your entire hand over it for ten seconds. I don't know if it works in the multitouch world, but this took care of craziness the last time I tried.
--
I must be looking in all the wrong places as I can't seem to find
instructions to help me reset my MacBook MultiTouch TrackPad to its
original default settings. Somewhere along the line it has "learned"
some faulty finger movements/gestures and I want to "retrain" it so I
can regain control of the MultiTouch TrackPad.
Thanks!
