Viewing from a browser (Safari, Firefox, Netscape, AOL)? Mediacom doesn't supply their own email client. You can use one of the programs I've listed (or similar ones), or you can view your mail from your Internet browser. That's pretty much it. Judging by the next snippet, I'll presume we're viewing from Firefox.

In Firefox, at the bottom of the Downloads screen it says: All files downloaded to Desktop. <br>
I just don't see where to change that. Even if I could automatically download them into a specific file on the desktop, just to manage them, that would be workable.</font></div></blockquote><div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder">
</div><div>Go to Firefox>Preferences and click the "Main" tab. Immediately to the left of the "Save files to 'Desktop'" dialog is a button marked "Choose." Click that and point to where you want downloads to go. You can create a new folder if necessary by clicking the "New Folder" button once you're at the place you'd like the new folder to appear.
