A couple questions:<div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>How does your customer view her email? Using Mail.app, Entourage, Thunderbird or some other mail client? Or is this webmail (like Yahoo mail) via a web browser? (Which browser?)
</div><div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>Which version of Mac OS is she using: Leopard, Tiger, Panther, Jaguar? Some older Mac OS?</div><div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>Have you tried the quick fixes like repairing permissions, or resetting Safari?
